i truly understand what ur going through it's like. was there ever a time when i was not nauseous and dizzy and movement restricted??? how i long for the simplicity of those times... 😔

yes! i did the epley maneuver a couple times a day for a few days and my symptoms lessened daily until i could live normally again (it took maybe like a week?). for about a month i couldn't bend my neck down without getting mildly dizzy but it was less and less noticeable over time

dude i had debilitating vertigo like 2 years ago i had to get prescribed motion sickness meds and i was doing the epley maneuver like crazy and now i live in fear of it ever happening again
