Look he can technically do it, I’m not disputing that. But he can’t in the sense that he won’t last at it.

He can’t take over. Trump picks VPs with no charisma specifically because he doesn’t want them to be able to overshadow him or succeed him.
Vance may not realize that he’s incredibly unlikable, but he is. There’s no way he becomes president and is able to hold office for long

I think inmates sometimes flood their cells so guards have to extract them from the cell, and they get to fight them/try to use shivs on them. Packing a toilet or sink with TP is 1 way to do that
However she’s over 50 & at a min security women’s prison, wanting to fight a guard seems unlikely

Some prisoners might use it to back up toilets and flood their cells or something, but this is a min security place so they probably don’t send that kind of inmate there

If it’s at a university did they have student pricing? $50 is often a lot for students but $20-25 is probably doable for them.
