i also cannot bring up LN's story without saying that being one of the only ones who knew the story in the fandom was a horrible experience and i hope to never experience it again.

tldr i miss reid mercury

i'm really disappointed in a lot of the directions LN lore took and wish i had the time and energy to write my own fics to explore the vision i have for LN, but alas

like learning reid might be part elf was one of the best things to come out of SN. i joke about this a lot but i truly do miss reading new stories involving reid, kimi, bai yongxi, shade, etc.

i am somewhat salty that there's perhaps 5 people in the world who enjoy LN lore in a similar way as i do, and most of them have long quit by now... while IN might bring new players to the game, i'm not as excited by these characters who have 0 relation to the ones i already love

but it has such compelling potential! the delightful cloud conflict between bai yongxi and zhu yuxian, shade and orlando's entire story, nanari's dark side, and not to mention the blood curse is a really interesting concept for a dressup game

first off love nikki is not even good. even in the original chinese version, it suffers from horrible pacing, baffling story pivots, and important characters i enjoy show up maybe once every three years
