Very grim but what actual sway does the US still have? They are not providing any arms FOC ABs seem perfectly content to sell them to Europe to be passed on to the Ukrainians. Trump doesn’t understand soft power at all and so has been content to give it away in return for sales growth

Totally agree in principal but worth bearing in mind both cultural and physiological restrictions to this principal. I.e. spouse prevented from socialising/learning to impose control. People with hearing loss who struggle significantly to access new languages.
