Part7: …and not be worried about next grocery/utility bill, or our mortgage, or next birthday for our kids? Would politicians ever genuinely do anything for us? Rich politicians just don’t understand the life and needs of middle class, lower middle class and our poor people.. homeless citizens ..

Part6: As the world is confused on the tariffs message so am I. I’m not sure how high and low to think about such an idea, but one thing is sure that our people, the middle and lower class will be negatively affected. I belong to this class and I always wonder would we ever catch a break ???

Part5: What is the such a desperate need to push for it before helping our own people and small businesses to succeed and get on firm ground? Or it is just a side show to create some short term gain while the major show is giving corporations a free ride on taxes..balance tax deficit by tariffs?

Part4: Or somewhere in between where we are trying to negotiate with our international customers and sources? What is that we are negotiating? Is it clear to everyone, just not to me? Maybe so, but this tariff thing comes at a very wrong time when we as Americans are already suffering from inflation

From our perspective though, the tariffs war seems so confusing. We let all the manufacturing go off shore, reduced costs, and now we want to bring in on our soil, is this all this tariffs is about?? Or there is some shallower version which simply is symbolic to satisfy political followers.

Part2: if I were them, I’d definitely take this opportunity by acting first and showing my intentions that i’d not be bullied. This comes from they having faith in their people to come together and deliver for the country. Others have done it in the past. It’s the right way to teach a bully

Part1: It’d be crazy, but it might be the right decision from their perspective. Push for tariffs is a very reasonable tactic that can have long term positive effect on developing countries by forcing in-house manufacturing as long they have the workforce and determination to support it.
