I’m trying to set up some fitness goals for..the rest of my life. I was so active before all my pelvic mess. Now I’m post surgery 3 weeks. I’m taking my best friend for a walk. It’s much shorter in distance than we used to go, but hopefully we will continue to grow back… #likeatree
