Of course, the fed govt pays for stupidity like this with our tax dollars. So, you and I and other middle class taxpayers will be the ones paying for this eventual settlement instead of roads, education, health care, school lunches, etc.

I don't know what species of Hummingbird these are, but ours here in Arizona would be flying themselves into a tizzy trying to chase all those usurpers away from their feeder! They're very territorial here!

As an Arizona Sonoran Desert resident, I can tell you that the metal without paint is probably 3 to 5 degrees cooler. When it's about 160° anyway, the temperature difference is immaterial. But, the cost of painting it will be substantial! Hey Elon, your buddy is preparing to waste even more money!

Who is this moron who doesn't seem to know that executive orders aren't laws or royal decrees. They are mearly instructions from the president to the executive branch of the government. They don't apply to private citizens or other branches of government, state or local.

I was thinking about this very thing yesterday, as the stock market tanked. Unfortunately, I don't think there's that many brave free thinking Republicans left in all of Congress, and certainly not the House!

I blame Ronald Reagan. He prepared Americans for rule by oligarch, normalized "trickle down economics", and the end of Government designed to help average citizens.
