Always loved this view! I made it my business to take the non-tourist road up the side of Mt. Rainier to the trails and lakes. Simply breathtaking and grounding. I loved it! Thank you for the memories!

I love Brussels Sprouts and have them whenever possible. Roasted with diced onions, grape tomatoes, and coated with olive oil is delicious!
