I had even gone a size down in waist trainers after like 2 months. I still wear it from time to time while I work tho cus I’m a bit traumatized 😂😂. Anyway long story short, I believe in waist trainers as binders but not really for making your waist small. I’ll never knock it again. Done!

Basically my pelvic floor did weaken significantly from being sedentary and my lower organs DID shift, so I began waist training a few hours every day especially after a workout or during work to bind my lower belly. Now that my pelvic floor strength is back I don’t really need it so I use it less.

Back and upper torso. I looked like I just gave birth so I spoke to my girl who actually HAD given birth and she said my ovaries may have dropped and that I should bind my belly a few hours a day and focus on my lower core. I did some research and she was half right.

Engage your core and therefore won’t strengthen it. I think during the panini I decided to try it out and it did NOTHING for me except help maintain my posture lol.

It’s nice having a set menu for myself and still have the ability to change/sub a few things. I don’t watch the calories much just macros. As long as I consume 121 grams of protein and less than 52 grams of fat a day, I’ll be happy!!!!
