Ahh that would be amazing. I would love to be able to lucid dream my characters and world. Luckily, they do pop into dreams randomly. I can't lucid dream them intentionally.

I'm not sure how to teach this - I just started doing it as a kid when I had nightmares. 😬

Wait! I mean, uh, yes I can teach you. Uh it just takes 12 easy steps, some sleepovers (crucial), and, um, cotton pjs woven by forest sprites.

Honestly? When I'm alone, floating in the river in the predawn summer light. I don't have to perform for anyone or interact with expectations or insecurities - mine and others'. The water cradles my body and I get to just exist.
