I've been up to some doodling.
I'm trying to challenge my discomfort with wearing only one shirt at a time with my new chest. So this is what I wore to the store today. I thought not having to wear a bra or binder would be freeing, but it makes me feel naked and self conscious. Baby steps.

Today was my post op appointment! I am super excited that I got to see my new chest! Everything is healing really well. The timing is perfect because the weather is getting nice enough for hiking, which I am cleared to do again. My chest is still really tight and numb, but it will improve.

I can't believe I did it! Yesterday was my #topsurgery, finally, after so many years. It almost doesn't seem real. I get to take the vest off on Monday and finally see my new chest, and I am beyond excited. #trans #nonbinary #transjoy #LGBTQ #queer #transmasc

I made myself a nonbinary pride bracelet to wear to work. I chose a mushroom because mushrooms have tens of thousands of sexes that are all reproductively compatible with each other. They defy human understanding of biology and gender. This is my first post on Bluesky because fuck Facebook.
