Went a lil over while experimenting, but im not above critique and failure.
Notes:
dry wet dry batter was overkill and led to an over seasoning issue
Seasoning combo was fine but needs a citrus to cut through the savory.
the crunch was nice, the meat was cooked perfectly. And its edible

2017 into 2018 was hands down one of the three worst years of my life but the second half of 2018 was the biggest step forward for me. That being said this is the only photo from when i left college and took a theater internship in Seattle to reset

Most people who do a musical with me know my trade mark color that i try to throw in every show. But my favorite repetition of a color choice happened in my first musical and my first professional musical. The way i was able to re-sculpt the blues and purples was my first true confirmation of growth
