I mostly played this on a Playchoice back in the day, as it never had a domestic release, just Goonies 2.

For my Random Game Saturday, it’s The Masked Rider ZO for Sega CD.
It beat Saban’s attempt to localize Kamen Rider by about a year, and has some amazing designs by Keita Amemiya. I didn’t know the connection until later with Zeiram, but I’m sure the screenshots from EGM’s feature caught my attention

It’s Saturday, so it’s time for Metal Gear Acid 2.
I really enjoyed both of the games in the series, this one is notable for its cel-shaded graphics in a series known for more realistic texture work.
Of course it also came with a stereoscopic sleeve to watch CG cutscenes and bikini models in 3D.

SotN is a bit of a gimme, but it’s such a monumental game that has held up better than anything else.
DDR 3rd Mix is the reason I’m married today, so I can’t minimize its impact. Jumping Flash 2 and Um Jammer Lammy are the most vibes of the era for me.
