This is not an exaggeration. If nothing replaces USAID, by 2030 approximately 14 million people will be dead. This is not only worse than the Holocaust: it is worse than the Holocaust, the Khmer Rouge's mass killings, the Holodomor, the Rwandan Genocide, and the Armenian Genocide combined.
