Incorrect, it is possible ICE may detain someone suspected on being an non citizen but has no right to arrest US citizens. These are NOT policemen, these are masked goons attempting to pull unarmed women from their cars and shooting them dead when they don’t comply

Most of this is false anyway… she wasn’t blocking the road (an ICE vehicle passes by unhindered before the shooter stops). ICE has no jurisdiction to arrest US citizens. And she’s clearly trying to drive around the ICE officer (who walked away without injury ) before he shot her 3 times
