I don’t think this is the hill we should die on. Though I don’t believe this is the primary reason why we lost, it was low hanging fruit for MAGAts to pry away moderates. I don’t want to trade biological men playing women’s sports for democracy. We’ll lose both.

It’s true they aren’t the typical Trump voters, but still millions of college educated people voted for the buffoon.

They seemed to think he would just go after the criminal aliens. But of course Biden was already doing that.

Everyone I talk to. These people are mostly college educated, and they voted for Trump and they were fully aware that mass deportations would be disastrous for the economy, and they just said they didn’t believe he’d do it. And they also thought the tariffs would be far more muted.
