I read @dianarowland.bsky.social's My Life as a White Trash Zombie for the @booksofmyheart.bsky.social read-along this month and had a ridiculous amount of fun. Zombies in Louisiana? Yes, please! Why are there not more SFF books set in the South, let alone the Deep South?? Highly recommend!

The Tusks of Extinction by @raynayler.bsky.social is absolute perfection. It's a story of lost species and long-forgotten dreams. It's full of death, life, and also revenge. While it isn't happy, it is hopeful. Masterful. 5/5 stars.
