idk that well what specifically is allowed under the regieme of copyright, a lawyer could give significantly better advice

i wouldn't put jules above suing for just releasing it, but if you still want people to see the difference, i bet there are things you could release that fall cleanly under fair use that prove the less morally bankrupt version is also artistically superior (e.g. an analysis video comparing them)
