Merle Haggard lived in our community in Northern CA, he had a generous soul. Doing local concerts to give our Early Childhood Programs Children, and Special Need Children Christmas presents, that served lower income families. The cost for attending was a Christmas gift. He did this in the 80’s.

Well if people are taking our happiness away some things “THEY” cut first are the “ARTS”,I’ve seen it done many times with federal funds,in my 68 years.I myself research proposed policies from reputable sites make peeps AWARE!
