Some sweet local news: I love that this kid noticed a man dropped his wallet at the football game and returned it to him… Turns out the man was the mayor of Allentown.

As I am waiting in the long line at our favorite bakery on the Upper East Side, I’m making a mental note of the kind of flour they apparently use based on the giant bags that they have!

Today we saw The Other Americans starring John Leguizamo and Luna Lauren Velez at the Public Theater, followed by eating a big plate of pierogies at Veselka. A great way to spend a gray Saturday in NYC.

I haven’t heard anything back yet from the City of Allentown. So until they can come check out the cat and see if it has an owner, I’m keeping an eye out on Oboe and vice versa.

After continuously monitoring the radon levels in my basement for the past month, I’ve got enough data to satisfy me that it’s time to look into mitigation.
