My gym time is 4am to 6am with my traner, then shave, shower and breakfast. We do back/shoulder and arms monday, tues is chest, wed legs, and thurs back to arms. The weekend is generally some sort of activity like hiking/biking/swim/rugby or a mud run. I do interval training on the treadmill.

There is really nothing like clean eating. I do go off for one meal weekly. Usually pasta, since I make my own.
