I've been cooking a lot lately. Always been my escape, my self care. I dont know what I did differently, but todays butter chicken was my best so far. Normally, I like to add chickpeas, but i didn't have any. And of course, the naan is store bought because i dont know how to make bread.

Annoyed with myself, didn't put out anything for dinner, i work late, and had to eat leftover. I love Jiigae and all but I had it yesterday and then for lunch today... so dinner too. Ugh now i see why mom was so mad when I forgot to put the chicken out as a kid. FML
