to be fair i also did not consider it a snub when margot robbie wasn’t given an academy award for barbie bc that was also a role that to me did not demand a high level of execution either so idk…. maybe i’m just harsh idk!!

ari did well but it’s okay if we don’t immediately give her the highest performance award for her first gig back in acting idk 😭

she was a great casting choice and gave the character exactly what it needed… but the character didn’t need much. the story itself (thus far) did not demand any extraordinary feats of acting from that role. if she isn’t nominated i wouldn’t consider that a snub.
