If I put it on the floor under the desk, I fear the carpet will choke out the ventral fans. If I put it on the desk, I lose my only work surface. It does almost fit on the hutch over the desk, but not well and I lose easy access to the front panel

I just had to get out of bed, drive down to her hotel, and have the front desk person help me break in because she fell down (again)... while GETTING IN BED.

I hate to say it, but she needs to be in a facility. This is the at least 10th time she has fallen this year alone
