One of the most lonely, painful, abrupt challenges of grief was realizing how quickly and much the world continues on while I was left barely functioning, barely able to breathe, minute by minute. The mins will turn to hours, the hours to days. It will get better. Don't apologize for being human.

Why are you being more rationale than most Democrats? We need predictions based on emotions and anger, not logic and good political strategy!

Thankfully I just got a full time job w/great benefits just in time, but my MNsure/ACA benefits for my family of 5 while unemployed would have gone from $86/mo to over $650/mo…about a 1/4 of my unemployment. I applied to over 60 jobs. I took a $ cut but am so lucky to have a job. Thanks repubs!

I’m glad you could listen! It was so amazing! I think the Badgers were stunned. And I have thought all along Clarke has been tragically underestimated and McNaughton’s skills and stats are inflated by Badger’s really strong defense. To put it kindly.

A 10 minute mile is fast and requires a fairly experienced and athletic person. Even if they're a shorter distance runner, this is a pretty solid pace. I'm guessing a lot of new recruits can't meet this...

It certainly speaks to the value placed on women’s collegiate sports. I can’t imagine that happening in a men’s game…I mean, why would they have new equipment for the 2024 NCAA goalie of the year? She only beat out Kirk and Phillips that year. 🤦🏻♀️ I’m glad we won, but that kinda s$&# makes me so mad.

🤦🏻♀️They are terrible. But the worst part is I feel like they’ve announced games before. Unfortunately, women’s hockey games are hit or miss. At Mankato State last yr, the announcer used the word “ladies” and continuously called players defensemen when the Gophers played there.

I’m also a Northeastern alum and love seeing them do well! I read Kendall Coyne-Schoffield’s book and it was fun to learn about her time there! (Also a big PWHL fan) Honestly, I love seeing women’s hockey grow and succeed. It wasn’t an option when I was in school.

I've always loved hockey, but was in raising small childrenland for awhile. We started taking our three kids to Gopher games a few years ago and they all really liked it. Now we're season ticket holders and all in. I used to watch men's when I was young, before women's. I've never been into the NHL.
