I’m always on the lookout for fun places to go. I’ll be 64 next month and I’m retired and LOVING IT! I enjoy volunteering in my community and traveling with my honey. My kids are grown, with one still finding her way. Pretty much like many of us Boomers😅🤪
Our Christmas Parade was a success! I think I’ll write a manual, “ How to put on a parade flying by the seat of your pants” or “Parade’s for Dummy” handbook! It turned out pretty good for our my first one!

I messed up. I gave into the feast. Now I have to get back to Ketosis all over again. I’m still thankful for Thanksgiving though, and blessed with the people i love.
So I’m stuck at 126 lbs., but at least I haven’t gained weight…whew!

I’m in the middle of a Keto diet. It’s always been my go-to when I’ve gained weight over long vacations. I’ve now lost 9 lbs in 18 days! I want to get back to 120 lbs. That’s when my clothes are most comfortable. Any questions on what I’ve been eating, let me know.

I’m in the middle of a Keto diet. It’s always been my go-to when I’ve gained weight over long vacations. I’ve now lost 9 lbs in 18 days! I want to get back to 120 lbs. That’s when my clothes are most comfortable. Any questions on what I’ve been eating, let me know.
So, I’m in charge of the city Christmas parade. I’ve never done a parade but I must have some talent because it’s become huge! Our city’s population is just of 900 resident. I joked the other day that there are so many people in the parade that there won’t be anyone’s to watch it!
