It's awful feeling this profoundly unwell and being unable to effectively communicate want that feels like to others. It just increases the sense of isolation.

I have rehabilitated and exercised my way out of torn ligaments, a spinal fusion, bouts of severe depression, a torn calf muscle, hepatitis and a hysterectomy. M.E. however . . . I have steadily deteriorated and it's brutal.

Not much changes in my environment, but this morning the sky looked like this, which brought me joy
