In Perfectly Ordinary Fishing Game "Dredge" you often find shipwrecks to loot for extra materials or treasure. This one on the other hand has a surprise when you get within salvage range.

As a bonus, the version I maybe like even better: in the bossrush DLC Godhome, you load into the arena staring down Hornet, ready to fight her... and instead get an upgraded, Flying Nosk!

Less traditional, especially since the game does have the Grub Mimics, but Nosk from Hollow Knight is maybe my absolute favorite. You follow a tiny copy of yourself through a bunch of winding tunnels, until it bursts into this guy!
