They are Deodar Cedar needles moved by rain on my deck. The needles come from the neighbor’s trees that have gotten too big and are a nuisance.

I just finished reading The Women, by Kristen Hannah. It’s a novel based on many true stories about women that served in Vietnam, mainly as nurses. Truly appalling how they were treated, especially when they arrived stateside with PTSD.
