So I figure if you’re treating yourself well and are in a good place there - it naturally sorta spreads out in your life, so to speak. It’s easy to say and hard to do but sometimes we gotta just stop overthinking it. <3

in my experience - people present their best selves when they’re being kindest to themselves. I feel like I’ve become better to my friends as my self esteem has grown. I think there’s a hard line to find sometimes shifting from people pleasing to being good to friends, as well. (1/2)
