I wonder if ICE agents know that although they could be pardoned for Federal crimes against the people, they can be prosecuted under state laws. That means they can be civilly sued for actions against law abiding citizens. It doesn't matter who gives the order, including Trump. Look it up.

Trump has no cognitive decline. He's the exact same person he was eight years ago. The insanity and lack of morality have always been there. If his bid to turn America authoritarian fails, he will undoubtedly blame his mental acuity as an excuse (if no Democrats remain to blame). He's a bad man.
