When you are beside yourself with anger do not turn to hate, harness your anger to love those who do good and build because you cannot defeat hate by destroying it, only by making it obsolete.

It’s been a busy few days back at school, but i’m motivated, relatively well rested, and enjoying the week so far.
I know teaching can be hard, but with supportive management it’s still rewarding.

First lesson teaching Nazi Germany for the year and the immediate parallels are frightening.
I can only hope the students see the clear and present danger we are faced with, just as the world was faced with rising evil in the 1930s
