It’s much nicer here. Like Twitter of the old days. X is so far to the right and full of bile that i felt compelled to close my account. I’d stuck with it to try and be a voice of reason but it was so depressing.

To be honest i don’t think i liked any of them, but not knowing much about him, i didn’t want to be damning. I’m too used to posting on X rather than here!

Public gun ownership is always going to lead to tragedy. It’s almost like there’s a link between it and the number of violent deaths 🤔

No. I really don’t align them with peace. I just wish that they would take a step back and reflect that the country does not need more division. It needs to step back from the edge. Almost all democrats did the sensible thing.

I think it’s important to report on Charlie Kirk. I didn’t share many of his beliefs, but it’s awful that someone should be killed for what they say in a democracy. Massive turning point for US. Just hope Musk and Trump can better control their inciting language, and call for peace.

Normally agree with your posts but nuclear energy really is part of the future … if we can work out how to build them without going massively over budget every time.
