The gym really pays off. Snowed last night..got up..shoveled the driveway like a man of 25..now driving disabled daughter to work..since her van is like a sled..feel amazing..this wasn’t me three months ago. Move it or lose it…well you don’t lose it..you’re forced to drag it around like roadkill.
