Would you have been upset if it was a guy in stained jeans, a tank top and a Miller Lite hat? Or is it just showing kids that people aren't all cis white and heterosexual? I mean you take your kids to see a guy in a robe tell stories every Sunday, only difference is one is less likely to hurt them.

I know a lot of people absolutely love(d) Wandering Inn but I could never get into it. I did the audiobook of it for about 6 hours and just...I don't know, I just stopped because it never seemed to go anywhere. I'm glad you enjoyed it though. I keep hearing wonderful things but couldn't get in to it

Yeah that's been the problem on one side of the aisle for many years now. They view the government as it was designed and try to operate in that. Which is why they keep losing due to the other side saying to hell with the rules and doing what they like without real consequence.

While so many of us would support them doing this, hell we would applaud them doing this, they won't. Because Biden and Harris, like it or not, are by the book politicians and will play it out with maintaining the integrity of the office while the other side gives zero fucks about any of that.
