I'm still caught in an infinite loop between ANEF and *2* prefectures just trying to update my address. The best part is repeatedly being told my dossier is in 72, sending a copy of my card showing it was issued in Paris, and everyone just ignoring this fact.

Hence dozens of WhatsApp groups full of requests for leads on appartments.

First time was direct with the owner (we had offers on two places accepted the same day). The 2nd time was through an agency *but* we knew through a friend (who knew the owner) the appartment was available before it was advertised. Feel like that's how most people find a place in the end.

This is a bad take (or at least poor phrasing) - they are abolishing NHS England which sits between NHS Trusts and the ministry of health. It's the trusts which deliver healthcare, and the NHS 'system' will still exist after this change.
