Very few people would pass A level English without months of study, and most not even then. My daughter did A Level English and it required detailed study of accents, etymology and ways of expression that are way beyond most people in the UK.

Sickness absence is one of the big wins with hybrid working. If someone is a bit under the weather they often work from home. Avoids a sick day and passing it on. Team I lead has an absence rate <1.5% and better productivity

Given that one premier league ref has already been fired for direct bias against LFC, yesterday was hardly a confidence builder that the issue has been resolved
