Well look, you might be older but I very much doubt y0ur body has aged as terribly as mine has, so that's something, I guess? Maybe?

But I was already a Sandi fan from seeing Call my Bluff.

And I still remember to this day that as a young lad, I said out loud something like "Boy, I love Sandi Toksvig"... And my dad responding with something along the lines of "I don't think she'd be interested mate".

I didn't know that about John Lloyd, that's just endeared me to him even more.

And some of my favourite early panelists were women, shockingly! Like Linda Smith, Jo Brand, Sue Perkins and Sandi herself, I was genuinely delighted she took over coz she was my favourite female panelist.

Honestly, I'd go there and buy stuff just for that sweet kick arse bag.

I do love that woman, and I do think the show is better now with her as host. It's a lot more sociable now, whereas before it always felt like a competition to be the most interesting rather than it being a collaborative effort.
