I have completed my Balrog!

Next i have to make his whip.

There is no good angle from which to photograph him because he has arms, wings, horns, and a tail. Something is always hidden. But he is fun to hold and feel.

I love him.

Baby Balrog progress. We now have tail and wings. I was feeling sad about how much better the second wrong came out when K reminded me that I bought the pattern so I can make another one whenever I want.

I bought myself a Wooble to relearn amigarumi art. Today I got through making the body of my sweet baby Balrog. He is very lovable.

He curls up with his butt on my shoulder or against the back of my neck. He falls asleep like this and I sit here not moving so I don't disturb him. I'm so well trained.

I chose not to do bees this year because depression etc. Today I was picking up leaves and I noticed flight path movement in the sun beams above the hive.

We've attracted a wild swarm!

It feels like a blessing from nature and the scent is, as always, amazing.

Every grinch toe is precious and worthy of love.

The neighbors had guests and there was a delivery for the other neighbors while we were outside.

My dog likes to lounge outside. When we're sitting still and quiet I can steal some wildlife photos with my phone. The quality isn't great but the point is to find the shot and crop it so it makes me happy.
