Seems like an outdated answer. These days I get another 2 prompts if I fuck up my password entry with encrypted /boot and grub.
But I switched to systemd-boot anyway, so no more tiny command lines.

MX Linux hat Xfce.
Mint hat Cinnamon.
Bluefin hat Gnome.
Kubuntu hat KDE.

Lassen sich alle einfach, auch für Neulinge, installieren und alle haben Live Versionen ->

Als Distros für Einsteiger kann ich empfehlen:
- MX Linux
- Mint
- Bluefin
- Kubuntu

They cheat by having their distrowatch page as the default homepage for Firefox. All the 2000 MX users are thus accounted for.
