Methinks that because certain MPs are pocketing money and (allegedly) fudging their own system for financial gain, and they probably socialise with other wealthy people who do/have behaved the same way, they assume everyone is doing that. Projecting much. #nzpol

Urgency is a great tool, when necessary. It can also be anti-democratic & mean Select Committees don’t hear from experts or the general public on important, or unpopular issues. Kind of like what it’s being used for now!
