I’m trying to become a morning person. I got up 45 minutes earlier than I normally do today. It feels good to not be rushing around and enjoying morning coffee. Even did my makeup.

You can’t say criminals don’t deserve due process when due process is the thing that decides if they're criminals. Otherwise you're just kidnapping people you don't like.

My real aquarium light will be here this week, and I need a lot more plants, and several bottom feeders, but it’s a start. Quite the upgrade from his little 2.5gal tank. BTW, this is DJ, Dylan’s fish. That I feed and take care of. Also fish are expensive, but fun to look at.

After my last episode of psychosis, and display on social media, I have mostly stayed off of it. It has made me feel like a ghost, not participating and lacking in community, or like I don’t exist anymore. I used to love taking photos and posting often, but now I barely take photos at all anymore.

Dylan just started weekly speech therapy outside of school. It’d be a good time for me to get back into weekly therapy myself. I’ve been between therapists for several months now. I’ve also been busy working… but I need to make time for self care. And therapy is important.
