What's so hard about being a good steward to animals?! The owner had contact info on the collars, but I found them miles from home and in poor condition, even if they got out recently. Some people have no business owning animals.

Can't believe someone dumped a mom and her newborn pups, just weeks before Christmas. They will be safe now until we find a home for them.
