I've been struggling to finish the Collins novel, although I love the title and the concept. I recently started Merril's book and am enjoying it so far (as best as one can, considering the subject matter). I wasn't aware of the television adaptation!

That's my favourite expletive, although it's only used to call out inanimate objects. Like when I stub my toe, cut my finger, or drop something. Essentially, whenever something doesn't go my way 😆
