The gimmick of this move is to use it as a counter, but why would you when you can use Titan’s counter, which doesn’t have a cooldown lol

Good crowd control but there are way better abilities for that purpose, and this is useless against bosses

Gouge leaves you WIDE open for counterattacks so you can only safely use it when the enemy is staggered, at which point you want to use nuking abilities that actually do damage so…
