For sure! There is a big gap in the market where people that desire PC gaming are roadblocked by the price and complexity involved.

I was watching the video Valve put out and it looks like the GabeCube can run Windows 👀 If that's the case you could play PC GamePass on it along with Steam games 😲 Though I'm kind of excited about Steam OS and would want to rock it instead

If you could play PC GamePass on the Steam Machine then it would be worth MS exploring. At the moment PC GamePass is only available for Windows 10/11 (because you need the official Xbox app to play). It would be amazing if they developed a Linux compatible app. If it gets more subscribers, why not?

The experience is very important to me. That's why my favorite games of all time include titles like TLOU 1 & 2, God of War series, HZD, Outer Wilds, Hollow Knight series, etc.
