I just did a solo run with no warm clothing, basically fresh iron acc, the potions you can now make act as inf healing. If you have the hp cape and regen bracelet and rapid heal prayer I hear you're basically unkillable as well.

Solo wintertodt is now so much better. Recommend it for any missing clogs.
