Senator Shaheen, We all know that Mike Johnson is NEVER going to bring a vote to the floor to extend the ACA subsidies. To act like they are negotiating in good faith is disingenuous at best and completely deaf to the will of your constituents at worst.

And you are trusting your "colleagues" across the aisle based on WHAT? Their inherent trustworthiness? Their honesty? Their fair play? PLEASE tell me what gives you this great faith in the GOP?

Yesterday was a whole-caucus failure. The “eight” were tapped by Schumer. Every single Dem caucus member should be primaried or passed over for a third party alternative if they won’t replace Schumer/Durban/Gillibrand in leadership. Shaheen is performing pure Vichy collaboration.
