Yes! Two of my favorites. Yumi has one of those endings for me where I was like "NO, Brandon we DO NOT go with the super sad ending here"

Stormlight is definitely different but there are some high HIGHS that I can't imagine ever getting superseded. TWOK was my first Sando book and it will always have a special place in my heart.

Most of mine are from Stormlight. There are a few very memorable moments where I literally yell that and "NO WAY WE ARE DOING THIS" in my car.

Side note, I'm actually almost done relistening to Bands of Mourning and yeah, this series is probably still my favorite overall.

Tell me I'm not the only one that works more vigorously when those triumphant character moments pop off.

Not that it's super important, because I think this is an awesome first Sanderson book, but It's not the "standard" way he writes his stories. He was certainly going for something different. Hope everyone enjoys it!

There are quite a few of books I didn't like his romantic relationships, but I will say I think they get significantly better in his later ones!
