I remember in the late '90s being told 'never give out your identity on the internet' because of a myriad of bad things that we were told could happen.

Naturally I'm not about to give my ID or anything else to random 3rd parties because why should I trust them with it.

It's been a couple years since I last saw them, but it seems the bats are back around my area. Been watching them zip up and down the street from my window as they hunt moths and other bugs under the streetlights.

So neat. :D

Speaking of old art, I was looking through some files and found THIS.

I have no idea where the original went to continue on it. Might have been lost to a flood or something. Honestly don't know. :(

I might have to see if I can motivate myself to redo it digitally at some point.

Found an old sketch and decided to ink and colour it. Then decided to go over it digitally because I need more practice using my tablet. I finally learned how to rotate the canvas with touch strips *lol*

It's been beautiful lately so I took a little trip over to Helensburgh with a friend to enjoy it.

We saw a ship from the naval base as we sat by the beach, collected some neat sea glass ( and a bit of sea pottery ), and then had some custard cream flavour ice cream, which was delicious. :D

Another little Sonic on another bit of scrap. The ink bled a fair bit on this one. Tried to cover some of it up with thicker lines but I think that made it worse. Oh well!

What is he so shocked about? I'm not sure. I just wanted to draw a cartoony overreaction!

Felt a little nostalgic earlier and booted up SA2, but forgot to set my refresh rate to 60hz beforehand.

Hilarity ensued. XD;

Also after I fixed that, I had a whole thing where Sonic was being haunted by a tram hovering over his head for half of City Escape hahaha.

I've finally gotten around to giving Monster Hunter World a go, and instead of hunting said monsters I've spent most of my time so far just wandering about looking at things. XD

The first area is giving me such Jungle PSO vibes. I love it.

It's not as bad as it could have been, and it's mostly confined to two rooms and a cupboard, but it sucks all the same.

Still trying to get through to council services and keep getting cut off when we finally get through the queue, so that's a load of funsies.

I got my switch in 2017, and in all that time I've only used the joy con pair that came with it, somehow without issue.

Then switch 2 gets revealed, and on that same day my left joy con went MY WORK IS NOW DONE and has decided to just die a drifty death.

I can't even be mad about it. XD

It's time for that almost yearly tradition of mine to do a little drawing of Christmas NiGHTS.

This is on a tiny, postcard-sized piece of card so I couldn't fit too much detail in there, but it was fun!

Aw, the comic shop that I've went to since I was a kid in the 90's closed down yesterday.

Went down for a last look around and had a short chat with the owner. Turns out he's a Sonic the Comic fan and showed me his Super Sonic tattoo on his arm. XD

I'm gonna miss the place.

Yesterday was a rare Nice Day around these parts, so I decided to spend it in the park and fruit orchard. I got to see baby ducks :D
